Annemarieke started A15 Consultancy in 2015 to bring operational knowledge into the build process. Chief stew for 13 years on yachts ranging from 55m to 76m, she has been involved with over 25 projects of various scopes and sizes since the conception of A15.

Alyssa has recently made the transition from operational to shoreside after completing an 80m new build project that was supported by A15. She brings the latest operational knowledge to the team, together with a pragmatic and logical approach to the interior lay-out and set-up.

Linley has six years of experience in yachting, during which she developed a strong, all-round understanding of onboard operations, service standards and interiors. She has a background in interior design, bringing a valuable perspective to our interior set-ups.

Tamara brings an outsider’s perspective to the industry and offers a critical eye to standard yachting conventions. She oversees procurement, logistics, and administration while ensuring a seamless workflow throughout the setup phase. Her organizational skills are essential to A15’s day-to-day operations.

Adelina has a background in project management and localization and brings a new, creative and tech-oriented perspective to A15’s workflows. She makes internal operations more efficient and ensures A15 is up to date with current trends and innovations by leveraging AI solutions.

Samantha works on the design team, bringing experience in architecture and mechanical engineering. Proficient in CAD and Adobe Creative Suite, she develops detailed visual presentations, in addition to layouts and 1:20 drawings that can be easily integrated by shipyards and design teams.

Hannah has over five years of experience in the newbuild and refit sectors, with a solid background in naval architecture, marine engineering, and yacht design. Her combined technical and design skills allow her to translate concepts into practical solutions aligned with owner, shipyard, and designer requirements.
